I live in central Iowa and I'm presently recovering from a serious motorcycle accident this past July 4th in Colorado. I'm a member of the ALR Post 731 and I'm also active in the PGR, or at least I was prior to the accident. My wife also rides and we were on our first motorcycle vacation when I went down. She stopped her bike on a dime and did not leave my side until the EMT's loaded me in the helicopter. Right now I spend most of my days in physical therapy, reading books and patiently waiting for my next surgery on 9 December.
Live in the Quad Cities (The East Coast of Iowa) came through your way (KS) last summer on the way back from the Rockies. What a beautiful ride!! Look forward to seeing you on the rode some day.

I am a Auxiliary member of Bynum, Al post 155 we are about 50 from birmingham, Al. my husband and i and four more of our friends start the legion riders in the state of alabama in 2003.
Hey pal, welcome to the fold ! I am a WW ll Legionaire at Post 171 in Birmingham, AL. I ride (when the spirit strikes me) a 650cc Hyosung Avitar. I have been known to sip a brew and BS from time to time. That's about it.
